In the clock tower on the main floor, a 17' x 19' space with 11' ceilings and 3 - 5' x 3' windows. A very 'interesting' floor-to-ceiling vertical wood beam breaks the large rectanglar space near the right corner. |
Three exterior brick walls were sheet rocked. A drop ceiling also sheet rocked and the flooring throughout is Mannington Laminate - Natural Distressed Pine. Paint color: Pratt & Lambert Peanut shell. |

The living room's interior exposed brick wall has two entryways into the kitchen/dining area. A steel beam is also left exposed over the entryways. An industrial elevator was removed in late 2007 from the doorway on the right. The elevator buttons are still embedded in the wood frame. The mechanism for the elevator still resides up in the attic next to the clock (see the Master Bedroom for more on the clock). |
The rough wood frames around the doorways are trimmed to cover rough brick edging. The original wood has been polyed to match the exposed beams and poles. The white trim still needs painting - we need to choose a color - the original idea was dark green, but we are rethinking that.. |
